- You can easily insert your own fill-in fields into your snippets.
- Edit the Snippet you want to edit (Right click/Edit Snippet).
- Put the cursor where you want to insert the snippet.
- In the INSERT TEXT Ribbon menu, choose “Insert Fill-in field”
- In the lower part of the task bar fill in the name of the fill-in field and click “Insert new field”
- Ready

Insert an existing Fill-in field into your Snippet
- If you need the same field in more than one location, you can do that as follows
- In the previous section we inserted a new fill-in field “Customer name” into our snippet.
- After inserting this field it will show up in the list of existing fields.
- Put the cursor at the location where you want this field to be inserted as well.
- Choose the existing field (1) and click “Insert Field” (2)
- Ready
